Artigiano Design's proprietary Weather Resistant Board is the perfect solution to areas where the cabinets will be exposed to the most hostile conditions, such as humidity, sunlight, extreme temperatures (both - heat and cold), fumes from chemical products, and even fire.
Why Artigiano Cabinets Are so Unique?
We understand the challenges posed by outdoor environmental conditions, which is why we have carefully selected ultra-strong weather-resistant aluminum board as our primary material.
When our R&D team started focusing on products for outdoor use, such as summer kitchens, balconies and garages, we realized that the material for cabinet construction needed to meet both outdoor performance requirements and indoor aesthetic standards.
Ordinary aluminum cabinets often utilize hollow aluminum honeycomb panels, lacking customization options and falling within the mid-range market. To position Artigiano Design as a leader in the middle and high-end segments, we sought a superior substrate.
After numerous experiments, we proudly present our aluminum Artigiano Weather- resistant Board. This solid substrate offers the same workability qualities as ordinary particle board, MDF or plywood, if not better. Its patented nail grip enables seamless application in panel furniture production and batch customization.
We have incorporated a unique modified PVC foam formula to create a sandwich layer. Coupled with aluminum plates featuring composite fluorocarbon coatings, our multi- layer board solves issues of mildew and deformation while offering moisture protection, fire resistance, sun protection, insect repellence, mildew resistance, and antibacterial properties.
Moreover, thanks to the fluorocarbon coating, our aluminum board remains unaffected by long-term exposure, eliminating concerns of discoloration.

Why do We Use Fluorcarbon Coating?
Fluorocarbon coating, also known as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating, is a type of high-performance paint or coating commonly used in various sectors including AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS and MARINE industries.
